Or just to say hi!
Credibility:
Speaking: In addition to a TEDx talk with over half a million views, I’ve spoken everywhere from healthcare organizations like Colorado Health Foundation and CU Anschutz Medical Campus to nonprofits like Redline Contemporary Arts Center and I’ve been interviewed on podcasts such as Unstoppable Mindset with No1 NY Times Bestseller Mike Hingson. I’ll customize every speech with the audience/event in mind and I’m committed to making sure my speaking is insightful, interesting, and impactful
Art: I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from school administrators to physician-entrepreneurs, to create designs with care that meet their goals. I have years of experience in accessible art, and I also love making art to give as gifts, decorate homes, or anything else that brings joy :). If I lack the knowledge to do your request justice, I promise to be open about it and try to connect you to people/resources that can!
Applications: As someone who recently survived the college admissions and scholarship process, I empathize with how daunting the process seems. I’ve shared my expertise on the College Matters, Alma Matters podcast, and I love advising/mentoring students!
Student life: I’ve co-taught two college courses, TA-ed, and tutored/volunteer taught for years. I grew up with an awesome educator mom, and I’ve been a nerd since day one. My diverse experience with teaching and learning allows me to offer specific, personalized advice on study strategies, standardized testing, improving habits/organization/time management, overcoming academic setbacks, and learning difficult material. I also owe a world of gratitude to the upperclassmen that helped me succeed by providing “insider BrownU advice.” I’d love to pay it forward by sharing my knowledge with as many prospective/incoming/current Brown students as I can.
